This aluminum radiator tube mill is specially designed for producing flat aluminum tube (optional header pipes) used in automobile radiators, condenser/evaporators, round & rectangular aluminum pipes and other special shape aluminum pipes.The mill can weld flat oval tubes into near-net-shape profiles, thereby reducing strip width, improving dimensional control accuracy, and reducing gauge thickness.
This aluminum radiator tube mill can 100% replace those aluminum tube mills from Schoeler Germany, Millmaster USA or Mori Japan.
The aluminum radiator tube mill utilizes high frequency induction welding process. This high frequency aluminum radiator tube mill is capable of producing aluminum radiator flat tubes, condenser/evaporator header pipes, intercooler flat tubes, etc.
We estimate the line speed of this mill to be between 100-150 MPM and 140 MPM for radiator tubes, and a maximum of 310 MPM is estimated for charge air tubes. Speeds depend on tube size and material thickness. It is designed for producing Flat Oval tubes ranging from 12mm to 90mm heights in a variety of materials, including; Aluminum, Brass, and copper. Actual capability depends on tube wall thickness and tube cross section.

Cooling: After welding process, the temperature of the tube is high, so it needs to be cooleddown by re-circulating water coolingsystem.
Scraping: A scraper is used for handling the weld seam after the welding process. Scrapers can reduce the height of the weld seam and smooth its surface.

1. To detect weld quality, adopt two-channel online eddy check equipment.
2. There is a probe to monitor tube welding in the eddy-check region.
When there is a defective product, the probe will send a signal to sort it into the defective products channel.
3. Eddy current testing is performed throughout the whole production process.
