Function in Vehicle Cooling System
The aluminum radiator header plate locks the flat-oval tubes and seals the coolant chamber against the plastic/aluminum tank. It withstands 0.9–1.2 MPa working pressure and -40 ↔ 150 °C thermal cycles, ensuring leak-free heat rejection for engine, hybrid battery or EV power-module cooling loops.
