Customized Automotive Aluminum Radiator Header Plates
The Customized Car Aluminum Radiator Header Plate (a.k.a. top plate / tank plate) locks the cooling tubes and seals the plastic tank with a vulcanized gasket. Every plate is CNC punch-formed from 3-layer clad aluminum to guarantee leak-free service up to 0.9 bar and 150 °C continuous.

4. Optional coined O-ring groove 0.4 mm deep, EPDM-compatible
5. Logo / part-number laser etched before anodizing (no extra cost ≥500 pcs)
6. Clear or black anodizing 8-12 μm, 500 h salt-spray pass
