Carefully planned heating furnace zoning, along with the selection of high-precision advanced temperature control hardware and software parameter adjustments, ensures extremely high furnace temperature control accuracy (±0.2°C) and a product temperature differential of ≤±3°C within the brazing zone (575°C-610°C).

3. The atmosphere aluminum brazing furnace utilizes an advanced variable-frequency speed conveyor control system, enabling infinitely variable workpiece speeds and controlling the workpiece’s travel time in each heating zone, ensuring accurate brazing heating curves.

4. The aluminum brazing furnace utilizes a high-precision oxygen analyzer, providing advanced real-time and accurate measurement of the furnace atmosphere.

5. The spray system is simple and easy to use. The nozzle ensures sufficient and even flux spraying on the brazing workpieces; the air blower ensures that any excess flux is blown off the workpieces.

6. The drying furnace has a high heating capacity and high air circulation speed, ensuring that the workpieces entering the brazing furnace are free of moisture that could harm brazing quality.

7. The brazing furnace’s water-cooling zone ensures controllable cooling temperatures during the aluminum brazing process, meeting the requirements of the process curve and ensuring a fine and dense metallographic structure in the brazed welds.

8. The air blower in the cooling chamber provides strong cooling capacity, minimal vibration, and low noise, ensuring a clean and comfortable working environment for operators.
