Radiator brazing furnaces mainly comprise flux spraying machines, electric drying furnaces, brazing heating furnaces, water cooling and air cooling devices, atmosphere control systems, and automatic control systems. They are suitable for the mass production of aluminum radiators such as parallel flow condensers, laminated evaporators, and automobile water tanks.

Equipment work principle
1) The NB continuous aluminum brazing furnace machine adopts high-performance porcelain fiber cotton for heat preservation. The furnace can rise to 630℃ from the ambient temperature in around 2 hours.
2) The muffle of the brazing oven was once formed by a large-size bending machine and is made of 304 steel plates. The 10M muffle is formed by one-time bending, and only one v-slot is at the bottom of the muffle. The one-time forming of the muffle could reduce the misshapen effect during welding and deformation during the heating process.
3) The aluminum radiator brazing furnace (or CAB furnace) has a complete control system integrating intelligent control, alarm, and protection systems. The real-time temperature recording function provides process data for different products.
4) The furnace zones are divided based on the upper, lower, rear, and back areas. The heating power is adjusted through the PID regulator so that the furnace can achieve an ideal temperature uniformity of ±1℃. The brazing area could achieve a temperature uniformity of ±2℃ to meet the brazing requirements.
5) The temperature controller has the PID regulation function to achieve a smooth temperature rise. Also, the temperature controller has an over-temperature alarm. The mesh belt is steplessly regulated through the inverter. The driving mechanism is started up in the acceleration manner and stopped in the deceleration manner to reduce the tension of the mesh belt.
6) The area of the fluxing chamber that contacts the flux is made of stainless steel. The two side walls of the fluxing chamber are both set with an observation window to observe the fluxing performance. The fluxing nozzles have a 90º fan-shaped spraying to prevent nozzle blockage. There is a filtering net for recycling the flux to avoid damage to the fluxing pump.
