Core builder machines include condenser core-making machines, intercooler core-making machines, heater aluminum core-assembling machines, water tank core-making machines, and aluminum radiator core-assembling machines. A core assembly machine is used to assemble cores based on a combined control of a mechanical and pneumatic mechanism, the electrical control system of PLC, and a touch screen. The fin-forming machine is controlled by a PLC, AC servo system, and touch screen. It forms aluminum radiator fins for fin and tube heat exchangers, including aluminum radiator fins, inter-cooler turbulence fins, condenser fins, and evaporator fins in automobile air conditioners.
