The water-cooled plate brazing furnace is an industrial equipment specially used for manufacturing liquid cooling plates in the cooling systems of electronic equipment (such as server chassis and new energy battery packs). It achieves precise sealing connection of metal flow channel structures through high-temperature molten brazing material.
Advantages of Brazing Water-Cooled Plates
Brazing is a solid-phase joining method. Unlike fusion welding, the base metal does not melt during brazing. Instead, a brazing filler metal with a lower melting point than the base metal is used. The brazing temperature is set below the base metal’s solidus and above its liquidus. When joining components, the filler metal is heated until it melts. The liquid filler metal wets, spreads, dissolves, and diffuses on the base metal surface. It also wets and flows through gaps in the base metal, filling them and dissolving and diffusing with the base metal, thus achieving a connection between the components.
