Product Advantages

Tunnel Aluminum Brazing Furnace

A. The shell comprises a Q235-6mm thick steel plate and structural steel. The top is fixed and sealed by bolts, and the side is for easy maintenance.

B. The furnace’s top, wall, and bottom are equipped with needle-blanket fibre cotton insulation materials. The roof insulation material will be attached to the removable roof on the cover. Needled blanket fiber cotton insulation can ensure low heat storage and easy temperature control. The insulation layer is made of ceramic fiber needled blanket made by Shandong Luyang Stock Co., Ltd., which has excellent thermal insulation performance and can save more than 30% of electric energy when heating up.

C. The helical electric heating wire is inserted into the furnace body from the side through the insulating porcelain tube, and the opening is blocked with the ceramic plug head to prevent heat loss and facilitate the replacement.

D. MUFFLE adopts SUS304-6mm and SUS316L-6 mm plates of TISteel. After a sizeable folding machine, the furnace MUFFLE has a folding length of 6 meters, and a V-shaped groove is pressed at the bottom.

E. Stainless steel towing rail is used at the bottom of the muffle to facilitate muffle sliding by thermal expansion and cold contraction;

F. Two nitrogen pipelines and one thermocouple for temperature measurement are installed inside the muffle.

G. Nitrogen pipeline flowmeter is installed below the static cooling chamber, which can adjust the three-way flow of the inlet of the front curtain chamber, the brazing furnace, and the rear chamber;

H. The brazing furnace will be divided into three independent areas. The brazing chamber uses a plug-in heating element made of 0Cr25Al5 alloy, mounted separately on the top and bottom of the muffle of each brazing chamber. The heating design considers the thermal expansion and expansion rates of different components. All the information displayed shows the maximum capacity of each zone rather than the general production capacity. The actual amount of input will depend on the element.
