Low Vacuum Constant Pressure Inert Gas Protection Replaces High Vacuum Aluminum Brazing, Shortens The Vacuuming Time, And Increases The Heating Speed Of The Parts. The Hot Stirring Fan Ensures The Uniformity Of Furnace Temperature And Constant Pressure Inflation—the External Circulation Cooling Fan Increases The Cooling Speed And Shortens The Baking Time. Automatic Control Of Analog Board Or Automatic Control Of Industrial Computer Is Optional. The Working Cycle Is About 3.5 Hours (8 Hours For High Vacuum Brazing). The Power Consumption Of A Single Furnace Is About 450 KWh (800-1200C For High Vacuum Aluminum Brazing), And The Energy Consumption Is Monitored In Real Time.

Single-Chamber Vacuum Carrier Gas Brazing Furnace Parameter

 

Simple steps

1. Open The Furnace, And Load The Workpiece, And Close The Furnace Door

2. Open The Bypass Valve And Vacuum

3. When The Vacuum Degree on The Furnace is Less Than Or Equal To 670Pa, Start The Roots Pump

4. When the vacuum degree in the furnace reaches (3pa), close the bypass valve, the roots pump, and the mechanical pump. Open The Charging Valve To Fill The Furnace With Inert Gas (Nitrogen), 0.05kpa Above The Charging Atmosphere Can Be Heated To 360 Degrees (The Temperature Of The Workpiece Is About 320 Degrees), Open The Bypass Valve, Cycle The Last Evacuation, Charging, Open The Micro-Charging Valve, Open The Exhaust Valve, Start The Convection Fan, Continue To Heat, And The Furnace Will Heat Up And Keep Warm (According To The Set Process Curve Program Control). During heating, the furnace body is always kept under positive pressure. The Inflatable Volume Is Adjusted By The Furnace Pressure Control System And The micro charging system, And The Program Is Automatically Completed.

5. When the heat preservation is over, the power is turned off, and the heating is stopped.

6. Wait For The Furnace Temperature To Cool To About 580 Degrees With The Furnace, Close The Exhaust Valve, Close The Micro-Charge Valve, Start The Air-Cooled Motor To Cool, Wait For The Furnace Temperature To Drop To About 450 Degrees, turn off The Air-Cooled Motor, And Open The Bypass: Valve, Open The Mechanical Pump Vacuums The Furnace Body, Closes The Bypass Valve And The Mechanical Pump After Pumping To Negative Pressure, Opens The Furnace Door Locking Device, And Opens The Vent Valve To Prepare The Furnace. When The Pressure In The Furnace Returns To Atmospheric Pressure, Close The Gas Release Valve Of The Furnace Body (Automatic Delay Control). Open The Door In Place, Take Out The Workpiece, And Close The Furnace In Place

7. The Whole Process Control Is Fully Automatic Control.
