Servo Control Radiator Expanding Tube Machine
Purpose
Hydraulically-servo expansion machine for mechanically locking aluminum or copper tubes to louvered fins in tube-type radiators, charge-air coolers and condensers. One servo-driven cycle produces uniform interference-fit joints that maximize heat-transfer efficiency.
Process Sequence (≤6 s)
Clamp cover plate → Expand mandrel in → Expand mandrel out → Raise cover → Eject core – all executed under closed-loop servo control.

Servo-Controlled Radiator Expansion Machine for Sale

This machine is the expansion joint equipment between the radiator fin and the heat pipe of the tube type radiator, through the whole operation process of the equipment: the cover plate pressing → expansion tube into → expansion tube back → cover plate rising → finish, so that the tube and fin of the tube type radiator reach the required requirements. It is powered by a servo motor and completes the tube expansion in one working cycle by mechanical means. After the tube is expanded, the diameter of the heat pipe is larger than the aperture of the fin, so that the tube and the sheet are tightly expanded as a whole to achieve higher heat dissipation efficiency.
