Machine Introduction

This machine is a flaring device for tube-fin radiators. Through the whole set of operation flow of this equipment: cover plate presses down → flaring needle advances → flaring needle retreats → cover plate rises → completes, the tube, main board, and sealing strip of the tube-fin radiator meet the sealing requirements. It uses pressure oil as power and completes the flaring in one working cycle through mechanical means. After flaring, the diameter of the tube is larger than the diameter of the sealing strip, so that the tube, main board and sealing strip are integrated to achieve a higher sealing effect.
