Machine Introduction
This equipment is used to assemble the core of an automobile radiator and press the flat tube, fin strip, side plate, and main board into one. The equipment uses a servo motor for pressing power, a slide rail pair for the motion mechanism, a precision aluminum profile for the laying plate, a manual domino tube laying mechanism, a chain comb and a formed material needle combination. The main board positioning uses shape positioning. The equipment has a flat tube expansion function and a movable pressure cover. The equipment is simple to operate, has fast tooling changeover, low changeover finished product, high operating accuracy, stable performance, and can adapt to the production of multiple specifications and models.
