Product Introduction
The NB continuous brazing furnace is an industrial-scale, nitrogen-atmosphere brazing line engineered for high-volume, oxide-free joining of aluminum heat exchangers. Operating under high-purity N₂ protection (< 5 ppm O₂, dew point –60 °C) and non-corrosive NOCOLOK® flux, the furnace delivers bright, flux-free joints at cycle speeds up to 1.5 m/min with zero post-braze cleaning.
This continuous brazing furnace is suitable for brazing automotive aluminum intercoolers, radiators, air conditioner condensers, evaporator heater radiators, and aluminum oil coolers.
Core Configuration
1. Multi-zone muffle design (3–12 m hot length) rated **650 °C max, ±2 °C uniformity per AMS 2750.
2. On-site nitrogen generator + molecular-sieve purification guarantees < 3 ppm residual oxygen throughout the brazing envelope.
3. 316 stainless-steel mesh belt (width 300–1 350 mm) or roller hearth for heavy cores; variable speed 200–1 500 mm/min.
4. Electro-static flux spray booth with closed-loop recycling cuts NOCOLOK® consumption 30 % and maintains 3–5 g/m² deposition.
5. Forced-air & water-jacket cooling section reduces exit temperature to < 50 °C, eliminating fin warpage.
