Honeycomb Panel Brazing Furnace Application

Honeycomb panel brazing furnaces/mesh belt aluminum brazing furnaces are primarily used for continuous brazing of aluminum water tanks, oil coolers, intercoolers, heaters, tube-belt condensers, evaporators, parallel flow condensers, laminated evaporators, power plant air coolers, and other workpieces under a nitrogen protective atmosphere.

Equipment Introduction

The use of high-performance refractory materials ensures excellent furnace insulation and minimizes no-load losses. The brazing furnace’s protective atmosphere distribution system and airtight protective curtain are meticulously designed and manufactured, minimizing high-purity nitrogen consumption. This reduces energy and gas consumption throughout the entire system, lowering production and operating costs.

Heating zone

The meticulously designed heating furnace zoning, along with the hardware selection and software parameter adjustment of advanced, high-precision temperature control instruments, ensures extremely high furnace temperature control accuracy (±0.2°C) and a product temperature differential of ±3°C within the brazing zone (575°C-610°C).

Frequency conversion speed conveyor belt

The advanced variable-frequency conveyor control system enables continuously variable workpiece speeds, controlling the workpiece’s travel time in each heating zone and ensuring the optimal aluminum brazing heating profile.

Oxygen analyzer

The honeycomb panel brazing furnace/mesh-belt aluminum brazing furnace utilizes a high-precision oxygen analyzer for accurate, real-time measurement of the furnace atmosphere.

Spray area

The spray system features a simple design and is easy to use. The nozzle ensures sufficient and even flux spraying of the brazing workpieces; the air blower ensures that any excess flux is removed from the workpieces.

Drying area

The drying furnace boasts a high heating capacity and high air velocity, ensuring that the workpieces entering the brazing furnace are free of moisture that could harm brazing quality.

Water cooling area

The brazing furnace’s water-cooling zone ensures controlled cooling temperatures during the aluminum brazing process, meeting the requirements of the process curve and ensuring a fine and dense metallographic structure in the brazed welds.

Air-cooled room

The air blower in the cooling chamber provides strong cooling capacity, minimal vibration, and low noise, ensuring a clean and comfortable working environment for operators.
