The natural gas brazing furnace is an industrial brazing equipment that uses natural gas as a heat source. It is mainly used for the precision connection and heat treatment of metal workpieces; welding of automotive parts (aluminum radiators, air-conditioning components) and household appliance metal parts, with an annual production capacity of over 500,000 pieces.
Brazing furnace working principle
The working principle of a continuous natural gas brazing furnace: A mesh belt conveys the workpiece through a preheating zone, a high-temperature brazing zone, and a cooling zone. Welding is achieved in a protective atmosphere of hydrogen or a nitrogen-hydrogen mixed atmosphere. The high-temperature section typically ranges from 400–750°C, with temperature uniformity controlled within ±1°C to ensure sufficient melting of the brazing filler metal and fill the weld.
Features of natural gas brazing furnace
1. Efficient and continuous production: Single-shift production capacity reaches 12,000 pieces, suitable for high-volume manufacturing of automotive radiators, precision stainless steel parts, and other components.
2. Energy-saving and environmentally friendly: Natural gas combustion is highly efficient, and combined with an atmosphere protection system (such as 99.999% high-purity nitrogen), it reduces oxidation and achieves a bright finish on workpiece surfaces.
3. Excellent temperature uniformity: ±1.5°C, with an adjustable heating rate of 5–15°C/min.
4. Strong deformation control: The deformation rate during brazing of aviation fuel pipes is ≤0.5%.
