6 m Automotive Aluminum Radiator Brazing Furnace
The line integrates flux-spray booth, drying oven, pre-brazing vestibule, 6-metre brazing furnace, water-cooling tunnel, post-brazing vestibule, air-knock-off blow-off station, variable-speed drive, full PLC electrical package, and dedicated nitrogen inlet/outlet manifolds.
Operating under high-purity nitrogen, the furnace performs non-corrosive flux brazing of aluminum assemblies: automotive radiators, tube-and-fin condensers, parallel-flow condensers, evaporators, laminated evaporators, aluminum oil coolers and similar heat exchangers.
