1. Center-mounted, width-adjustable tube-deck base (min 250 mm – max 1 200 mm) handles all popular OEM core sizes without fixture change.

2. Servo-driven tube-drop magazine indexes and places each tube to ±0.2 mm pitch accuracy; cycle ≤ 1.1 s per tube.

3. Quick-swap comb-and-pin cassette accepts 8–32 mm fin pitch; tool-less changeover < 3 min.

4. Low-friction chain comb guides tubes into pre-louvered fins, eliminating fin bruising and maintaining heat-transfer performance.

5. Allen-Bradley or Siemens servo pack with closed-loop tension control guarantees ±0.05 mm repeatability and 99.5 % first-pass yield.
