Truck Aluminum Radiator Header Plates
Heavy-duty header plates engineered for commercial-truck, bus and off-highway radiator cores.
1. Material: 3-ply 4343/3003/7072 aluminum; clad layer melts at 605 °C to create a self-healing fillet that locks 16–90 port flat tubes under 1.4 MPa burst pressure .
2. Thickness & Size: 1.5–3.0 mm gauge, widths to 800 mm, length cut to order; CNC-pierced hole pitch 22 × 2 mm standard, ±0.01 mm true-position for 4-row truck cores .
3. Post-braze strength: 95 MPa yield, withstands 22 N·m tank-bolt torque and 250 kPa cyclic pressure surge common in Class-8 cooling loops.
4. Corrosion: >1 000 h SWAAT salt-spray; optional zinc-diffused layer for glycol-based long-life coolants.
5. Finish: degreased or anodized, interleaved & plywood-crate packed.
