Aluminum Radiator Header Footer Plate
Aluminum header & footer plates form the structural and sealing interface between the radiator core and the coolant tanks.
1. Material: AA3003 core, single- or dual-side clad 4343/4045, zinc-diffusion option for EV glycol resistance .
2. Standard thickness: 1.5 mm ±0.03 mm; widths 100–800 mm, length on request—no tool cost for ≥2 000 pcs .
3. Hole matrix: CNC punched 16–32 mm pitch, ±0.05 mm true-position, burr-free for leak-free CAB brazing .
4. Post-braze strength: 95 MPa yield, withstands 1.4 bar internal pressure and 22 N·m tank-bolt torque .
5. Corrosion: >1 000 h SWAAT, optional epoxy coating for salt-spray zones .
