Scope of Use：
Removes black/yellow oxide scale and mixed soils from pure aluminum and low-silicon aluminum alloys (Si ≤ 3 %) used in heat-exchanger fins, condenser plates and decorative extrusions.
Equipment：
316L stainless steel or PVC chemical tank; no heating required.
Operating Instructions：
1. Dilute to 1–2 % v/v with tap or DI water at 20–30 °C.
2. Immerse parts 30 s–3 min until oxide film is dissolved and surface reaches uniform silver-white finish.
3. Rinse with ambient water; optional 1 % nitric acid bright-dip followed by final rinse and air-knife dry.

Safety & Handling Instructions

3. If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting; rinse mouth and get prompt medical help.
4. Small spills: wipe up with absorbent cloth; large spills: contain with inert sand or vermiculite, transfer to sealed waste container.
5. Reseal drum after each use; store indoors above 5 °C (41 °F) and protect from frost.
6. Wear nitrile gloves during handling; avoid direct contact with open cuts or abrasions.
