Room-Temperature Immersion Cleaner is a liquid blend of high-performance surfactants and mild acid builders that forms a stable aqueous solution on dilution. Developed from an advanced, international “green-chemistry” platform, this energy-free, water-based acidic cleaner is engineered specifically for low-silicon aluminum alloys, delivering rapid oil removal, smut lifting and uniform satin finish without etching or hydrogen embrittlement.

Scope of Application:

Removes mill-scale, rust-oxide films and mixed soils (mineral / animal / vegetable oils, drawing compounds) from ferrous, copper, zinc and aluminium alloys in one step.

Recommended Equipment:

316L stainless-steel or reinforced PVC chemical tank; optional mild air agitation.

Operating Protocol:

1. Dilute 1–2 % v/v in tap or DI water (10–20 mL concentrate per litre).

2 . Immerse parts at ambient temperature (15–35 °C); soak 3–30 min depending on soil load.

3  . Lift, drain 10 s, rinse thoroughly with ambient or warm running water; dry immediately.

Safety & Handling Instructions

1. Eye contact: rinse cautiously with plenty of water for 15 min; remove contact lenses if present and easy to do; seek immediate medical attention if irritation persists.

2. If swallowed: rinse mouth, do NOT induce vomiting; call a POISON CENTER or physician at once.

3. Spill control: absorb small spills with inert cloth; contain large spills with sand or vermiculite, then transfer to labelled waste container.

4. Storage: keep container tightly closed when not in use; store indoors above 5 °C to prevent freezing and maintain formulation stability.
