Scope of Application: Engineered for aluminium alloys and extrusion-container components; rapidly dissolves zinc stearate die-release residues without attacking substrate.

Recommended Equipment: Ultrasonic baths or heated immersion tanks (stainless-steel, 80–90 °C).

Operating Instructions :

1. Prepare a 5 % v/v working solution (50 mL concentrate per 1 L DI water).

2. Heat to 80–90 °C; maintain temperature throughout cycle.

3. Immerse parts and sonicate or agitate 3–10 min, depending on load.

4. Rinse thoroughly with warm DI water; dry immediately.
