Product Name: Zinc Stearate Removal Cleaner
Scope of Application: Engineered for aluminium alloys and extrusion-container components; rapidly dissolves zinc stearate die-release residues without attacking substrate.
Recommended Equipment: Ultrasonic baths or heated immersion tanks (stainless-steel, 80–90 °C).
Operating Instructions :
1. Prepare a 5 % v/v working solution (50 mL concentrate per 1 L DI water).
2. Heat to 80–90 °C; maintain temperature throughout cycle.
3. Immerse parts and sonicate or agitate 3–10 min, depending on load.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm DI water; dry immediately.

Key Performance Advantages
1. Zero-residue finish: eliminates water marks, streaking and discoloration on aluminium alloys; parts exit the bath visually uniform and inspection-ready.
2. Non-corrosive chemistry: preserves original metal luster and surface integrity—no etching, pitting or gloss reduction on extrusion containers or precision dies.
3. Green & safe profile: VOC-free, non-toxic, non-irritating, readily biodegradable (>90 % OECD 301); meets REACH, RoHS and EPA Safer Choice criteria.
4. Low-dose, low-cost operation: 5 % dilution cuts chemical consumption; fast oil-splitting action cuts cycle time, while rapid rinse-ability reduces water and energy use—delivering the lowest total cost per cleaned part.
Solving Critical Industrial Cleaning Challenges
1. 100 % penetration in dead-zones: advanced low-foam surfactant package wets undercuts, micro-channels and blind holes, eliminating zinc-stearate residues that cause downstream defects.
2. Multi-metal versatility: one alkaline-neutral formula replaces several dedicated cleaners, cutting SKU count and chemical inventory costs for aluminium, galvanized steel and tool-steel lines.
3. Color-lock technology: buffered pH and aluminium-specific corrosion inhibitor prevent post-clean yellowing or dulling, maintaining bright, reflective surfaces through drying, storage and transit.
4. High-capacity, low-drag chemistry: oil-splitting micro-emulsion loads up to 8 % contaminant while retaining >90 % cleaning power, allowing longer bath life, higher parts-per-hour throughput and 30–50 % lower chemical spend.
5. Surface-ready for secondary operations: leaves a water-break-free, residue-free interface that boosts powder-coat adhesion and weld penetration, cutting rework and field failures.
Safety & Handling Instructions
1. Keep out of reach of children; lock storage area.
2. Store above 5 °C; prevent freezing to maintain surfactant stability and performance.
3. Eye contact: rinse cautiously with water for 15 minutes; remove contacts if present and easy to do; seek medical advice.
4. If swallowed: rinse mouth, do NOT induce vomiting; call a POISON CENTER or physician immediately.
5. Spill control: absorb small spills with inert cloth; contain large spills with sand or vermiculite before transfer to labelled waste container.
6. Chemical incompatibility: do NOT mix with alkaline cleaners; seal container tightly after each use to preserve formulation integrity.
Packaging & Storage
Package: 25 kg net in UN-approved, UV-stabilised HDPE drum.
Storage: keep sealed in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Shelf Life
3 years in unopened, factory-sealed container.
Friendly Reminder: For maximum bath life and equipment safety, specify 316L or 2205 duplex austenitic stainless-steel ultrasonic diaphragms. Treat spent cleaning solution through on-site wastewater treatment; confirm effluent meets local discharge limits before release.
Zinc Stearate Removal Cleaner

Developed from the latest international “green-solvent” platform, this water-based lubricant-removal fluid replaces trichloroethylene, hydrocarbon, modified-alcohol and aggressive acid/alkali cleaners. Engineered to dissolve and emulsify zinc stearate and other metal soaps, it delivers broad-substrate compatibility, operator-safe profiling and 40–60 % lower energy consumption—ideal for aluminium extrusion, precision stamping and die-cast facilities seeking VOC-free, REACH-compliant cleaning performance.
