The air conditioner condenser brazing furnace is a core equipment dedicated to the manufacture of air conditioner heat exchangers. It achieves precise connection of aluminum/copper condenser components through high-temperature brazing. This brazing furnace is mainly used for brazing large household air conditioner condensers.
Operating Principle
Heating is performed in a vacuum environment (operating vacuum ≤ 0.005 Pa), allowing the capillary action of liquid brazing filler metal to fill the gaps in the condenser joints, eliminating the need for flux to prevent oxidation.
Temperature Range
Maximum temperature 750°C, typical operating temperature 580°C-650°C.
