Controlled Atmosphere Aluminum radiator Brazing Furnace
Electric or gas-heated controlled atmosphere brazing (CAB) furnace systems are designed for continuous, high-volume brazing of automotive aluminum radiators, oil coolers, intercoolers, heater cores, tubular condensers, evaporators, co-flow condensers, and air coolers in a pure nitrogen atmosphere.

f) The preheater has a heat exchanger for heat recovery and utilization. The heat discharged can be reclaimed twice to the drying oven, and the air is preheated to save energy.
