Purpose-built, fully-integrated brazing line that converts flux-coated radiator cores into leak-free, corrosion-resistant assemblies in a single 10 m pass. The furnace is engineered for 24/7 automotive-tier production: 60–120 cores · h⁻¹ (depending on core size), ±2 °C temperature uniformity, and <5 ppm O₂ throughout the brazing zone to guarantee joint quality on ultra-thin (<0.3 mm) aluminum fins and tubes.

1. Degreasing Furnace

2. Spray Booth & Fluxing Station

Note: The power listed in the technical specification is the maximum load capacity of the equipment, not the service value. The workpiece load determines the actual load, and the fixture is transmitted to the conveyor belt.
The number of brazing zones is designed to sufficiently ensure the workpiece is heated to the required temperature in the protective nitrogen. The temperature uniformity of the product in the final brazing zone (575℃ -650℃) is ±3℃.
Brazing muffle for air chamber is welded structure, the length of the whole sheet adopts bending without splicing.
