Purpose-built continuous nitrogen-brazing furnace for high-volume aluminum radiators, intercoolers and condensers.
In-line process flow: load → flux spray → dry → front curtain (N₂) → brazing zone (N₂) → dross removal & N₂ pre-heat → static cooling chamber → rear curtain (N₂) → forced-air cooling → manual unload from conveyor.
With its automotive-grade temperature uniformity, low-oxygen atmosphere, and energy-efficient architecture, this continuous brazing furnace delivers consistent, audit-ready aluminum radiator cores for Tier-1 and OEM production lines worldwide.
