The CAB aluminum radiator brazing furnace is comprised of the following parts: round-shaped flux, flux mixing, and supply device; the drying oven; the front curtain chamber; the preheating oven; the brazing oven; the air cooling chamber; the rear curtain chamber; the air blast chamber; the driving system; the water and gas pipeline; and the electrical control system.

Product Advantages
A) The furnace’s supporting structure, shell, and frame are made of low-carbon steel. The shell is made of a 4mm low-carbon steel plate reinforced with section steel.
The top of the furnace is integrally fixed and reinforced with a low-carbon steel plate and section steel. Each area is equipped with overhaul and slag clearance ports.
B) The lining of the whole heating chamber is filled with high-quality insulation material, filled in the shell and inner sandwich layer composed of low-carbon steel plates. The entire insulation is covered with a solid structure. All insulation materials do not contain asbestos.
Ensure that the furnace wall temperature is room temperature +15℃except for the heat bridge and the inlet and outlet.
C) The top of the drying furnace is equipped with 4KW turbo-stirrer fans for atmosphere circulation. Fan impellers, shafts, and insulation shells are made of stainless steel, and other external parts are made of low-carbon steel. Circulating air flow will pass vertically through the middle of the product from bottom to top and then be sent back to the air vanes for recirculation.
The large arc around the inner chamber smooths the circulation air, and the flat airflow speed of the mesh belt is at least 2.5M/S.
D) The furnace top fan is designed to be easy to repair and provide convenience in butter filling and bearing replacement.
E) The start-up and stop of the circulating fan are directly linked with heating. Only when the fan is opened can the heating be started, ensuring that the service life of the heating element is prolonged.
F) During the heating process, an exhaust fan removes moisture from the furnace. The exhaust gas can be controlled by an adjustable air door, which ensures the uniformity of temperature in the furnace during the air door’s regulation process.
G) The furnace wall temperature is room temperature + 20 C, except for the heat bridge, inlet, and outlet.
H) A frequency conversion inverter can adjust the Induced draft fan of the drying furnace to ensure the stability of burner heating by controlling the intake air in the best state.
I) the circulating fan adopts a centrifugal type to ensure temperature uniformity.
The hot air is sucked into the air duct and then blown evenly to the product surface through the air duct.
J) Reasonable layout of the installation structure of the gas control system makes the product more beautiful, and a transparent protective net is installed on the furnace side.
k) The aluminum radiator brazing furnace’s drying oven operates with gas, reducing its running cost.
